This will be the third year I've run the Race for Life. To date I've managed to raise over £250 - let's see what we can do this year to make that total even better.

The Southampton Race For Life comprises a 5km lap around the Common and down the Avenue. If you know anything about Southampton, the site of 10,000 women running down the Avenue has to be seen to be believed!
