Yes I know, I said I would never ever do this race again (my knees are aching just at the thought of it) .....however, in light of recent events I have decided once again this year to run the Race for Life for Cancer Research.

Last year, Ali and Debs, my running partners in crime, and I ran on behalf of two very good friends of mine, Sally and Sharon, who were battling cancer. Both of these girls died in the last 2 months aged 30 and 32 after long battles with their illness. We are running in their memory and I hope you won't mind dipping into your pockets once again to sponsor me (and for those of you who know Ali or Debs - them too!) this year.
