Thank you for visiting my Race for Life fundraising page. I am hoping that you will please dig deep and sponsor me online.!!  We are entering as a Justdance Salsa girls team see www.justdance.net  and click on News for details if you want to join in with us. We will be at Southampton Common on Sunday 13th July.  Regular exercise like dancing has been shown to be beneficial in preventing cancer, as well as helping to relieve stress. Henry Scowcroft of Cancer Research UK, said: "The results of recent studies add to mounting evidence that adopting a healthy diet and exercise lifestyle might also play a role in cancer survival, as well as helping to prevent the disease".

Events like Race for Life are an important way in which Cancer Research UK is able to fund its life-saving work into preventing, diagnosing and treating cancer. By sponsoring me now you could help more people survive cancer.
