This will be my 3rd Race this year.
I have had family members thankfully survive cancer and others who have sadly lost their battle. My most recent experience was when my beloved dad was diagnosed with bowel cancer on the 21st December 2006 and sadly passed away on the 24th January 2007 aged just 57.
Nothing will ever replace my Dad, but at least if l can help to raise money for cancer research then l might be able to help others. I also decided to set up a monthly direct debit to Macmillian Nurses who helped him through his last few weeks.
