This will be my fourth time doing Race for Life, but this year is different. In October I lost my beloved Dad-in-law David. We miss you.

I know some of you might think 'but it's only a 5K, we're not sponsoring you when we know you can run so much further' but believe me, this race will be as hard as any marathon, I intend to run hard for your pennies!
