My personal message:

This will be my fourth time doing Race for Life, but this year is different.  In October I lost my beloved Dad-in-law David.  We miss you.

Thank you for visiting my Race for Life fundraising page. Please dig deep and sponsor me online.  I know some of you might think 'but it's only a 5K, we're not sponsoring you when we know you can run so much further' but believe me, this race will be as hard as any marathon, I intend to run hard for your pennies!

Events like Race for Life are an important way in which Cancer Research UK is able to fund its life-saving work into preventing, diagnosing and treating cancer. By sponsoring me now you could help more people survive cancer.  People like my Mum, who I am lucky enough to still have with me...
