Its that time of year again folks where i dig out my trainers and drag myself out training!!

Last year i completed the race in 38 minutes which for someone who has never run in her life is not a bad achievement!!

Anyway this year i want to beat my time and also the total amount of money raised. Thanks to all you kind folks i raised £250 last year. I would love to beat that so please dig deep and give me an incentive to get out there and go for it!

Everyone in the life has been touched by cancer in some way. I have lost friends and family members to it, not to mention the ones that beat it! So come on, dig deep and get me running!!
