Our personal message:

Hello!

As many of you will know, my Dad was diagnosed in November 2005 with advanced stomach and oesophageal cancer. Sadly, my wonderful Dad passed away in March 2010. He knew we were doing Race for Life but didn't get to see it. Hopefully we did him proud.

The best way I can think of to show how very proud I am of him is to raise money in his honour, so please help me. The sooner I reach my target, the sooner I stop hounding everyone for sponsorship! :oD
