Hi Guys,

I know it's a big ask, and everyone and their dog is asking for money just now, but what better cause do you know than Cancer Research UK? Who hasn't had their life blighted by cancer in some way?

I will be walking the Glasgow event, in memory of my Dad, Jim, who lost his fight in December 2007 and for those who continue to fight; for those people who are inspirational in their determination to beat cancer and the people who help them on their journey.

Please, please support such a worthwhile cause, Cancer Research UK really does need our support and value all of it, either monetarily or through volunteer work.
