Hello everyone

I am going to run it this time.... well slash my previous time at least! I will be spurred on by the bravery of my four year old niece Ciara (check out her Dad's blog at http://baldkidsbedpans.blogspot.com/ ) and in support of my sister-in-law who is undergoing treatment.
