Hi

I have done this race pushing a pram with a kid on my shoulders, walked and jogged it but this year I'm attempting to run it! From futton to 5K in 5 months is the challenge! Previous personal bests are aroung the hour mark so I need lots of incentive to get fit and do this in a time involving minutes.
