I completed the run last year, in a respectable 33minutes;considering I couldn't see where I was running as the wind and rain was so fierce! Took a little while to defrost and dry out afterwards, but it was all worth it. The whole day was a very humbling experience.  Hoping of course to beat the time this year!

I decided to do this as cancer remains to be something that affects us all in some way or another... everybody making even a little effort or contribution of any kind, will go a long way. If this actually helps me get fit too well that's just a bonus.
