On April 7 this year, my sister-in-law and friend, Paris, lost her fight against cancer. In honour of her, her zest for life, and the way that she touched my life, I am racing on May 16 in Delamere Forest.
I am also racing for Georgia. My niece, who I love very much, was 18 this year. Her grandmother, and her mother, Paris, both lost the battle. Please help to support Cancer Research UK so that Georgia, and others like her, will have a better chance at a long, happy and healthy future.
I'm also racing for all those who are battling, or have battled, cancer, including Tassy, Julie, Avonia and Amy, and for Mary and Linda.
