Hello all you lovely people. This is the fund raising page for the 'drama-babes' - Amy Edwards-Green, Lauren Smithers, Megan Collier and Nicki Clark. Thank you for visiting our Race for Life page. Please dig deep and sponsor us online.
Despite being fairly unlikely 'racers', we decided that we would like to do the Race for Life because we all know people who have been affected by cancer, some of us are living with its day-to-day effects, some of us want to get fitter, and we are all insane! Hot News!! When we have raised £200 through online donations, Sam Rose is going to let Amy dye his hair bright-red and black... so all those of you who hang about in the drama world, or who think Sam needs a make-over ... get your credit and debit cards out... yay! Slightly hotter news - when we have raised £400, Steven 'palace' Sayer is going to let us do something to his hair involving the colour purple!! Scaldingly HOT news!!!! IF we reach a £1000 Ms Clark has agreed to let Amy Edwards-Green shave her head ... in the drama studio. (Ms Clark is fairly confident that we won't reach anything like this amount, so she's not bovvered!) (She doesn't have as much faith as the rest of us! plus, I think she'd look pretty snazzy bald, that and I'd have a lot of fun doing it, so please guys, give what you can - A.) If you don't want to sponser us - or as well as giving us your money, come and support us on the day - 11th May 2008, at Crystal Palace. Events like Race for Life are an important way in which Cancer Research UK is able to fund its life-saving work into preventing, diagnosing and treating cancer. By sponsoring us now you could help more people survive cancer.
Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor us - Cancer Research UK will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, at least an extra 25% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you when you tick the Gift Aid box.
So please sponsor us now!
Many thanks for your support - together we will beat cancer.
With much love, Amy, Lauren, Megan and Nicki.
