Dear friends
On May 5th 2008 we lost a very special person to cancer. Sandra faced her illness with typical grace and wisdom and we're all still reeling from her loss.
So.. Team Sandra is running, jogging and walking the 5K in Belfast on June 1st. There'll be Mary (her 9 year daughter) Gill (Sandra's sister-in-law and friend), Louise (her sister) and Joan (her mum).
Between us we're going to celebrate Sandra that day and hopefully raise some money, to see if we can't fund the research that may one day prevent us and other people from losing the people they love.
