My mate Damian runs marathons for fun (fun ?!?). He says that people cheering his name as he runs past is hugely motivational. Now for those of you that know both of us, I'm sure will agree for that for me, the challenge of a 5K is comparable to the challenge of a marathon to Damian (he's both fit and driven - a great combination for marathon running) - so if you're free on 18th May, do come along to Richmond Park and encourage me on !
