Nicola is doing her first ever 5k run in Battersea Park at 7pm on 6th May 2009. So Jill has 6 weeks to train her and to show support, is running it too.

Nicola is going to run the whole thing - no stopping for a rest, and obviously this is for a very good cause so get your hands in your pockets! She's really not looking forward to it and probably won't enjoy it at all, ;-) so if you want us to send the red-faced pictures of both of us afterwards - please be generous with your sponsorship!
