I have a confession to make: back in January I signed up for this year's Race for life because a) cancer is a bastard, b) I fancied doing a 10K and c) last time I did one I got a little pink rucksack full of things women are supposed to like, like tampons and low calorie cereal bars, and the rucksack makes an excellent shoe bag so I wouldn't mind getting another one. What with weddings, cats, PhD and life in general I then completely forgot about it and now have to raise £100 by the 4th of July. The only way to do this in that time will be to bother my friends incessantly across all social media channels and a few antisocial ones, so if you want to avoid three weeks of spam I suggest you give me lots of money as quickly as you can. Much obliged.
