I have always sponsored friends and family over the years, but this is my first venture into running - so your help would be greatly appreciated! I am proud to be running with Karen - one of my dearest friends. Karen had her first operation just over a year ago and even though this was swiftly followed by a second op I am so pleased that she's back to fitness and running alongside me - although I have to admit she's very likely to be ahead of me!
