As anyone who knows me knows I'm not the fittest of people and neither am I one for exercising unless that's exercising my mouth or exercising my arm lifting my glass to my mouth!! 

But this year I've decided to get fit and to raise money for charity.

I'll be walking (not running!) with Kerry Gibb at Stanmer Park, Brighton at 2pm on Saturday 4th July, come along and support me with your voices not just your cash.
