Cancer Research UK is the world's leading independent organisation dedicated to cancer research. We support research into all aspects of cancer through the work of more than 4,250 scientists, doctors and nurses. Over the past 10 years alone, thousands of lives have been saved through earlier detection and improved treatments. But, much work remains to be done if we are to achieve our aim of beating cancer.

Thank you for visiting my Race for Life fundraising page.

 Please dig deep and sponsor me online.like so many of my wonderful friends and family have in  past years . I thank-you for that.

My daughter lost her brave fight for life a week after last year's race. Her courage has given me strength to care for her son and race again this year.


Events like Race for Life are an important way in which Cancer Research UK is able to fund its life-saving work into preventing, diagnosing and treating cancer. By sponsoring me now you could help more people survive cancer.
