We support research into all aspects of cancer through the work of more than 4,250 scientists, doctors and nurses. Over the past 10 years alone, thousands of lives have been saved through earlier detection and improved treatments. But, much work remains to be done if we are to achieve our aim of beating cancer.

Events like Race for Life are an important way in which Cancer Research UK is able to fund its life-saving work into preventing, diagnosing and treating cancer. By sponsoring me now you could help more people survive cancer.

My run is in memoriam of my "honoury" Grandmother, Joan Beagle. Joan passed away at the too early age of 75. She was cared for by her family and in the later stages of illness by the lovely staff of St.Lukes Hospice. She is still missed by all and is always in our hearts, my hope is that donations will help others

Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure.
