I haven't done any running since cross-country at school...so I should let you know that as a personal challenge I've entered as a runner and will be training from now until the race to ensure I can meet this challenge and raise money for a worthy cause whilst doing so!

I've now increased it again because of the generosity of my friends and family so please help me reach my new 3-figure target and we can all be proud to have helped out with Cancer Research in 2006!
