I have decided to enter race for life this year, alongside my cousin Hannah, in memory of my Auntie Heather who sadly passed away Friday 5th December 2008.

Heather was a fantastic woman, she had a heart of gold. She was more of a friend than an Auntie, you could talk to her about everything and anything. She is greatly missed within the family which is why we feel so strongly about raising money for Cancer Research.

"God saw that you were tired and a cure was not meant to be, so he put his arms around you and whispered 'come with me'. With tearful eyes we watched you suffer and watched you fade away, although we loved you dearly we could not make you stay. A golden heart stopped beating and a warm loving heart to rest, god broke our hearts to prove to us that he only takes the best"

By raising money for Cancer Research, we can fight to stop it taking lives, and hopefully one day everyone can be cured.
