Ok, I did this the year before last when one of my best friends was diagnosed with breast cancer. She is now in remission, so I'm thinking running a 5k had something to do with that, so I have decided to do it again!!!!!

You all know I had cancer 20 years ago, and it's thanks to this fab organisation that I'm still here, and millions like me. Sadly my mum isn't, so let's get running or forking out and help to make sure that other mums stay around for longer!

I'd love you to do this with me, walk, run or stagger, but you'll definitely smile and cry the whole way round..come on....go for it!
