Cancer Research UK is the world's leading independent organisation dedicated to cancer research. We support research into all aspects of cancer through the work of more than 4,250 scientists, doctors and nurses. Over the past 10 years alone, thousands of lives have been saved through earlier detection and improved treatments. But, much work remains to be done if we are to achieve our aim of beating cancer.

My personal message:

Howdy everyone,

As you know I am also running the Reading half marathon in March and the Prague Marathon in May, JPMorgan Chase 3.5 Mile in July, Brooks 10K in November (hopefully) and the Great South Run in October and I am not asking for sponsorship for all six, just for this one as all money raised will have gone to Cancer Research anyway, so please sponsor me for this race as it's a very important to me.
