After the events of the last few years, losing both my mum and Adam to cancer, I have decided to dust of my trainers and help raise much needed funds for Cancer Research.
Most of you know that my youngest son, Adam, passed away in November 2008 after battling brain cancer for 6 months. The type of tumour Adam had is one that researchers are struggling to find a cure for. The prognosis is bad from the outset. With very little survival 2 years after diagnosis.
PLEASE, PLEASE, give generously - we all know that I am no athlete but am prepared to do this to raise even a little..... EVERY penny counts!
