This is my third race for life, last years race for life at Bath University was watched and cheered on by 11 year Connor Robinson who had gone into remission, we ran for him and for others who beaten and also sadly, lost their lives to cancer.
2011's race will be solely done in memory of Connor who passed away from his second bout of the mouth cancer he had beaten before. Connor was 12 and left behind a mum and many friends who will miss him very much.
This is for you Connor, you touched our lives before you had the cancer that took you from us, but your brave battle touched something deep inside all of us and we think you were so brave and we wish to pay tribute by raising money for cancer research, hopefully, it may help to save somebody's life.
