Many thanks for visiting our Race for Life fundraising page. Everyones life at sometime will unfortunately be affected by cancer and as many of you know we lost our mum to cancer in 1995 and Bernie (aka Mc3) is currently in remission having been diagnosed with cancer in March 2007.
Events like Race for Life are an important way in which Cancer Research UK is able to fund its life-saving work into preventing, diagnosing and treating cancer. We've therefore decided to lace-up our running shoes and attempt to run around Hampstead on the 8th June. Although our older brother's reaction when we told him we were doing a 3 mile sponsored run was to declare that he didn't realise it was that far to the local pub!
