My personal message:

Hi everyone, thanks for taking the time to sponsor me!

As most of you are aware i have now been given my all clear last November, thanks to the Royal Marsden.

As i am now finding more and more people I know are suffering from Cancer,this race gives me the opportunity to give a little back.

I have been one of the lucky one's, through having pioneering surgery, thanks to Cancer research.

Help me and all the runners raise loads more cash so that there will be more lucky people like myself.

Thanks to all my family and friends for there support and i will look forward to seeing you all at the finish line. (Of course with a bottle of Champagne!!)
