My personal message:

As many of you know, shortly after signing up to do the race for life I discovered that my Crohns disease had returned in a worse way than ever. I was told that the only way to treat it was to use a chemotherapy drug called Methotrexate. I have been on the treatment for 5 weeks now. How strange life is that I agree to do a run in aid of cancer research, and not long after cancer research comes up trumps with help for my crohns.
Please sponsor me and if you are a UK taxpayer please click the gift aid box as this will really help - why should the taxman get it?!
Please help me commemorate family and friends I have lost to cancer, and celebrate the lives of those saved.
