THANK YOU to everyone who has donated, supported & encouraged Mia & I to do our Race for Life that took place yesterday at Stanmer Park Brighton!

Despite Mia taking a nasty fall early on on the course she wanted to carry one with her Race for Life!! Im so very proud of her! Mia understands why we do Race for Life so its great that at a young age she is getting involved!

Next year will be my year 6 of race for Life & Mia's 2nd & Poppy's 1st so a trio of Race for Lifers next year #GirlPower wahoo!!

Hi everyone & thank you for visiting my page,.. This is Year 5 of doing Race for Life! This year Im happy to tell you that Mia Ella my 7 year old daughter will be running along side me!!

Race for Life Is very close to my heart as my best friend Jenny passed away due to cancer in her mid 20's! Heart breaking as Jenny left a small baby behind Jessica!! My dad also died from cancer at the age of 50!

Cancer is the most horrific cruelest of diseases & we must do what we can to help research this deadly killer & #KickCancer hard!!

Every step I run will be with you Jenny, my dad & all the friends who have & who are fighting in my heart! Wether I know you personally or not this is for you also!!.
