We support research into all aspects of cancer through the work of more than 4,250 scientists, doctors and nurses. Over the past 10 years alone, thousands of lives have been saved through earlier detection and improved treatments. But, much work remains to be done if we are to achieve our aim of beating cancer.

Our group this year is: Jenny Adamson, Nicola Bennett, Jill Maddock, Jane Valentine, Kerry McLean, Natalie Ward, Gill Lawton, Harriett Lawton, Kathleen Verrall, Liz Kearslake, Annie-Jo Kearslake, Di Adamson.

Last year we raised over £2000 doing this race!!  And we would love to raise more this year - any contribution, however small, is really valuable, so thanks a million from all of us for your support.

Events like Race for Life are an important way in which Cancer Research UK is able to fund its life-saving work into preventing, diagnosing and treating cancer. By sponsoring us now you could help more people survive cancer.
