Thank you for visiting my Race for Life fundraising page. I will be running the Race for Life in May, so I'm now in the final straight of preperation. I've been running hard, running good and running well. I'm definitely not the fastest out there, but I will be out there!

Events like Race for Life are an important way in which Cancer Research UK is able to fund its life-saving work into preventing, diagnosing and treating cancer.

This isn't something I would of considered doing before, I've been overweigh/obese (18 stone) and now lost seven stone (11st), which leaves me overweight still but it is coming off! Running has changed my life, and my outlook on life, and I've discovered it is a mentality to live by.

I'm running this race for the ability to make a difference, no matter how small and no matter who too. Life is marked by our footprints, even if the path has been walked a thousand times over, it doesn’t mean anything if it hasn’t been walked by you.
