Thank you for visiting our Race for Life fundraising page.

On Wednesday 11th July 2007 twelve members of staff from Polehampton C of E Infant School will be running 5K at Windsor, Dorney Lake.

As well as raising money for Cancer Research UK, the staff are also promoting physical activity for the children and leading by example!

There will be a 'Sport & Healthy Eating Week' coming up at school to tie in with our school sports day. Following discussions with the children about the various sporting activities we all take part in, the subject of Race for Life popped up as two of our staff members have run in previous races. This then lead to the formation of our courageous 12-strong team of athletes!

The team will be getting special T-shirts for the occasion in Polehampton red so look out for them on sports day!
