Hi Guys

Thank you for visiting my Race for Life sponsorship page. Please dig deep and sponsor us/me online – it’s quick, easy and totally secure.

Please join me on this day and raise money with RAW-rachels aerobic workout, I teach every week in Haxby St Marys Hall, 6.30pm Wednesday, or come along and join in RAW RUN on Monday and Tuesday at 6.30pm its FREE-at the moment we are only running 5k but of course our target is 10K for this race.

I have two teams (Total so far 76 girls) doing the Race for Life 5K and 10K the people are  Rachel Speight, Becky Brunt, Sarah Speight, Claire wood, Sharon Noel, Tine Feder, Shannon Pickering, Joanne Abbey, Tracey Thorpe, Racheal Manprize, Caroline Hunt, Michelle Davis, Amy Davis, Sharon Twyman, Liz Brewin, Claire Waterworth, Julie Price, Deborah Waterworth, Claire Waterworth, Liz Brewin, Eleanor Hawley,  Julie Price, Laura Davis, Laura McAllister, Jo Buckton Smith, Wendy Wenke, Phoebe Pearce, Sarah Hewitt, Andrea Miller, Mrs Miller, Catherine Waugh, Rachel Nash, Joy Nash, Helen Reid Emily Joesbury, Claire Bowers, Karen Hutchinson, Emma Turner Veronica Dobson, Molly Plews,  Kelsey Dobson, Paula Driffield and other girls/ladies TBC.
