Statistically, one in three of us will be diagnosed with cancer at some point during our lifetime. All of us will know people who have, sadly, not survived but, thanks to the research and improved diagnosis and treatment, many of us have been/will be extremely lucky (& consequently relieved & grateful)
Events like Race for Life are vital in funding Cancer Research UK’s life-saving work into preventing, diagnosing and treating cancer. By sponsoring me now you can help more people survive cancer.... and one of them could be you, or someone very close to you.
