Events like Race for Life are vital in funding Cancer Research UK’s life-saving work into preventing, diagnosing and treating cancer. By sponsoring me now you can help more people survive cancer. If you're a fan of Dr Charlie, please keep him in gainful employment - and me in good health - by helping to fund his post with Cancer Research UK! I've now had secondary breast cancer for around 7 years, and am still well enough to walk 10km and ride my bike every day - which I think pretty remarkable. I'd rather like to keep things that way and, for that, we need more treatments that have a longer efficacy or, better still, a cure.
