My dad died on 20 March 2006 of bladder cancer and I feel that I want to do this run to raise money to help others possibly extend their life.

As a charity, Cancer Research UK rely overwhelmingly on the success of fundraising events such as Race for Life to continue our life-saving research into the prevention, treatment and cure of all forms of cancer.
