On May 17th I will be running Race for Life on Bristol Downs to raise monies for Cancer Research UK and I would really appreciate it if you would sponsor me.

This bit was written by the Cancer Research UK people, but it explains everything better than I probably can:

It is also the most efficient way to sponsor me - Cancer Research UK will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, at least an extra 25% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you when you tick the Gift Aid box."

So that's it really, I really appreciate every donation, no matter how small.  If you want to sponsor me by giving me the money in person, just let me know!  I have a good old fashioned paper sponsorship form too so just say!  My e-mail is hannannah@gmail.com.

So... The day has come and gone and I ran it in 30mins!  Rather pleased with that :)  Thank you everyone who sponsored me, if you still want to there is still time, this site will still work until May 31st or I still have the olde paper form!  Ta xx
