This May I will be running with my friend Alison to raise money for cancer. Some of you will know that last year we lost our best friends George and Kathleen to cancer within a very short space of time. Running this race with their daughter Alison is a very small way of me remembering them.

If you could spare even as little as £5 to help me raise some money for Cancer Research I would be very very grateful.

Any of you that know me will appreciate that running is a very new thing to me and I am not very good at it so please give me all the encouragement that you can.
