As many of you may know I have metastatic breast cancer in my bones.  I  had to have a hip replacement just over a year ago but since then I seem to have been stable and am still annoying people!  It ain't over till the fat lady sings and although the orchestra has turned up this fat lady ain't singing yet.  Any amount, no matter how small, may make a big difference to me and many others.  (Sorry about the emotional blackmail!)
