As most of my friends will already know, the past year has been a very difficult one for my family. There have been many health problems and they all seem to have come to light at the same time. Well, my grandma has been suffering with alzheimers for a few years now which has been terrible for the whole family and ofcourse my nan. If that wasnt enough, she was then diagnosed with cancer earlier this year. She is such a lovely, caring and funny woman who has three children, twelve grand-children and three great-grand-children.
