At Willow Spa, we have many clients who have been affected by cancer, either themselves, their spouse, a family member or friend. This year Willow Spa also lost a loyal customer and friend of the salon to cancer.

It is so important to raise money for this charity, and anyone who knows me will know that this is not going to be an easy task, but I'm up for the challenge and have already made substantial lifestyle changes. I've reduced my daily alcohol consumption from 1 bottle to 1 glass a night, which in itself deserves sponsorship! (and no, it's not one of those glasses that holds a full bottle of wine!!), and both Diane and I will have to limit our time on Farm Town so that we can train for the event!
