We are running this race in support for my mum and rachaels Aunty, Pam Bridgeman, who was diagnosed with throat cancer in october 2007 and is still recieving treatment. This has been one of the most difficult times in our families lives and we feel this is one of the only ways of thanking all the medical staff that are still continuing to support my mum.

Also Dawn Hawken has joined our team, she is my boss at work, she has given me alot of support over these last few months. She knows better than anyone the impact cancer has on someones life as she lost her father to a brain tumour 3 years ago. we are doing a joint sponsorship within work. so any offline sponsorship is a joint one.
